About the owner
Christina Duppstadt
Christina began the practice of yoga in 1994 for its physical benefits. Seeking to alleviate panic attacks brought on by anxiety and stress she returned to the practice of Yoga. Seeing firsthand how Yoga has transformed her life inspired her to dive deeper into her practice and begin to share the teachings with others. She is currently a RYT® -500, as well as enrolled in a clinical Ayurveda study program. She is passionate about healing, nature and creating peace on the planet.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), Reiki, and Nutrional counseling is not a substitute for any medical or psychological therapy; they are complementary to all conventional treatments.
