About Me
The past is my lesson, the present my gift, and the future my motivation. Every moment I choose to honor the present; I carve a brighter path forward.
I cannot remember a time when I was unable to read energy—whether it was the pull of the full moon, the tension of a brewing storm, or the subtle currents of another’s emotions. My gift has always been more than observing posture or expression; I feel the emotions of others as if they were my own.
Unattended childhood trauma taught me early to wear a mask. I learned to hide my sensitivity behind strength, to silence my own needs while carrying the weight of others. Later, I encountered a soul connection unlike any other—a twin flame. His eyes mirrored my own essence, igniting recognition at the deepest level. Yet he was already committed elsewhere, and the love that was not meant to be became the greatest heartbreak of my life. That loss reinforced the mask I wore, teaching me to protect my heart by overworking, striving, and proving my worth in places that drained me.
The Moon has always been my companion, ruler of emotions and tides. Its mystery drew me to Texas A&M Galveston, where I studied Ocean and Coastal Resources, fascinated by the way lunar rhythms shape the earth.
After college, my Capricorn archetype propelled me into the corporate world, where I built a career in the chemical industry in Product Stewardship and Safety. For years, my Capricorn drive thrived in the high-paced, high-stress environment. My addictive tendencies kept me chained to long hours, believing that achievement could soothe the ache beneath the mask.
But in 2021, after a conflict with a coworker, my nervous system finally collapsed under the weight of burnout. My higher self-knocked me to the ground, demanding that I stop, listen, and reclaim my health. It was a clear warning: the mask could no longer protect me—it was time to shed it.
Through the years, I have studied mystery teachings—mythology, elemental shamanism, Qi Gong, yoga, samkhya cosmology, philosophy, the Ancient Wisdom Teachings, white magic, spell casting, meditation, and more. Each time I strayed, my higher self redirected me, guiding me back to the path of healing. In seeking tools to mend my own wounds, I rediscovered ancient wisdom and embraced new age practices. My mission now is to share this knowledge, coaching others to remove their masks, heal their traumas, and step into the best version of themselves.
By understanding my archetypes and walking with the guidance of ancient teachings, I have become more grounded, less anxious, and more whole. I no longer feel guilty for not fitting in. I accept my uniqueness, my sensitivity, and my gifts. I know my soul group, and I see the human experience from a perspective that transcends conditioning.
My views of the universe may be original… but so am I.

Taking the Steps
I am extremely drawn to esoteric studies and will be a student until it is time for me to transition to my next spiritual adventure. I am currently working continuing my studies in Yoga Therapy, ayurveda and the Twin Flame Journey.
