I cannot remember a time in my life when I could not read energy, be it the energy of the full moon, a brewing storm or the energy of someone's else emotions. My gift is more than just queuing into body posture or expressions, I can feel the emotions of others.
I have always felt a connection to the Moon. The moon after all is the ruler of emotions. My fascination with the moon and its control over the earths tidal flow is what led me to Texas A&M Galveston where I studied Ocean and Coastal Resources. After college my Capricorn archetype sent me into the corporate realms where I built a career in the chemical industry in Product Stewardship and Safety. For years my Capricorn nature thrived on the high paced, high stress environment. My addictive tendencies kept me thriving on long hours in the office hours. In 2021 after a stressful situation with a coworker, it was evident that my nervous system could no longer keep up with the demands. My higher self, knocked me to the ground. It was clear warning that I had to take control of my own health.
Through the years I have studied a range of mystery teachings, including mythology, elemental shamanism, Qi Gong, yoga, samkhya cosmology, philosophy, the Ancient Wisdom Teachings, white magic, spell casting, meditation, and more. My higher self has always had a way of recorrecting my path. In my quest to find the tools to heal myself I once again took to studying the ancient teachings. as well as some new age methods. My mission is to share this knowledge by coaching others to become the best healed version of themselves.
Gaining a thorough understanding of my archetypes and with the guidance of ancient teachings I have become more grounded and less anxious. I no longer feel guilty about not fitting in, I now accept my unique and gifted personality. I know my soul group and understand the human experience from a different viewpoint.

I am extremely drawn to esoteric studies and will be a student until it is time for me to transition to my next spiritual adventure. I am currently working continuing my studies in Yoga Therapy and ayurveda. .
